美国应坚持采取与中共对等的原则
目前美国各地华人社区有许多社团悬挂《中华人民共和国》五星红旗。美国政府应坚守对等原则：凡悬挂《中华人民共和国》五星红旗华人社团，必须强制进代理人登记，否则：
一、依国家安全法规，定性为：特务（中共在美特别任务）组织。
二、依法解散、撤销其机构、冻结其账户！
三、对该组织核心成员：立即遣送回中共国（入籍者撤销其美国公民资格）。
四、凡接受中共资金进行反美宣传活动的机构核心成员，依叛国罪进行起诉。

【注】
中共海外渗透已不满足于控制华人社区了，美国、加拿大都出现了中共统战部所属的同乡会负责人参与政治选举，而且得到资助。这是十分危险的政治动作，应该引起美国、加拿大政府注意，中共统战部就是准间谍机构。

to US Government on National Security
The
United States insists on the principle of
equal
treatment with the CCP
At
present, there are many associations in the Chinese community across
the United States that hang the five-star red flag of the People’s
Republic of China. The US government should adhere to the principle
of equal treatment: Any Chinese community it hang the "Five
People's Republic of China" must be forced to enter the agent
registration, otherwise:
First,
Considered these associations as Special task organization( or Spy
organization), accordance with national security regulations.
Second,
disband these organizations and freeze their accounts according to
law!
Third,
the core members of the organization: immediately repatriated to the
PRC (the naturalized person revokes his US citizenship).
Four, Prosecuted for treason to the core members of the organization that accept the CCP funds for anti-American propaganda activities,

The
CCP’s overseas infiltration has not satisfied the control of the
Chinese community hrough the Association. In the United States and
Canada, the heads of the fellowships of the United Front Work
Department of the CCP have participated in political elections and
received financial support. This is a very dangerous political move
that should be brought to the attention of the US and Canadian
governments. The United Front Work Department is a quasi-spy agency.
